Amanda is a classically-trained chef with professional experience in restaurants that includes menu development, kitchen training, and managing new concepts. She lives in Vermont with her husband and two boys, ages 6 and 3. Since moving back north and becoming a stay-at-home mom, she’s decided to pursue a path in food writing and recipe development.
