Amanda is a classically-trained chef who studied at L'Academie de Cuisine, with professional experience in restaurants that includes menu development, kitchen training, and managing new concepts. Amanda also studied kinesiology, sports studies and psychology. She lives in Vermont with her husband and three kids, ranging in age from newborn to 7. Since moving back north and becoming a stay-at-home mom, she’s decided to pursue a path in food writing and recipe development. Some of her favorite foods include acorn squash, sushi, S'mores, and Praram Long Song.
