My 3-year-old daughter is extremely picky. She eats 3 types of veggies, 2 types of fruits, smoked turkey, and salmon. Oh, cheddar cheese and yogurt from time to time too.
She used to eat everything as a baby, but the list kept shrinking throughout the years, and I am really desperate. I’ve always been of the view that we should give our kids the chance to build an appetite for meals. But having a picky eater on your hands definitely takes a toll on you. She’s losing a lot of weight despite us trying a lot!
Of course, she eats crackers and biscuits, but I can’t give that to her as a meal! So I was wondering if any of you used appetite boosters? Are they safe? Are they efficient?
