My friend has two toddlers under 3 yrs of age and is looking to introduce more vegan-friendly foods into her little ones’ diets. Any recommendations on helpful websites/apps that offer vegan- friendly recipes for toddler snacks? ![]() |

I've always loved Chocolate Covered Katie for fun, vegan desserts and treats. Oh She Glows is another really great site with family-friendly vegan options.
Plant Powered Families is also a really great cookbook with tons of fun recipes.
Also, I think once she masters some basic recipes (smoothies, pancakes, muffins, hummus, etc.) she can easily adapt them to fit their own taste buds. That's one thing I love about learning great vegan 'foundation' recipes. It's fun to experiment with the kids.

It sure is a struggle to introduce more vegetables and plant base food to your toddlers and young kids. I think the early you do it, the easier it is for the kids to develop their liking for this type of food.
You can get few very interesting ideas of child friendly plant based food recipes from Holly Cow Vegan. This site provides many kid friendly vegan recipes for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
If you want to make plant based nuggets, pancakes, burgers or spaghetti, you can find very interesting ideas from Plant Based and Broke. I have tried banana pancakes and zucchini fries, my kids loved the taste.
