As I’m typing this, it sounds a little ridiculous, but I don’t know anyone in my everyday life who uses the reusable baby pouches!
My one-year-old loves pouches and they are so great for her to use independently and on-the-go. But, they can be so wasteful. I feel like we go through boxes of them. Not to mention they can get expensive.
I’ve seen reusable silicone pouches and plastic ones. Which ones are better? Are they hard to clean? I imagine pureed food getting stuck in the corners and just really hard to clean completely.

This is so timely as I’ve just researched and bought some new food pouches for my toddler!
The plastic ones I’ve found are dishwasher safe, made from high quality BPA and BPS free components. I fill with smoothies and yoghurt and they have been so easy to clean, just in the dishwasher or with a brush and dishwasher soap. I also love the shot glass idea !
Highly recommend these ones from Cherub baby online.
I used food pouches when my kids were young for baby food and yogurt etc. My older kids liked having pureed fruit pouches in their lunch boxes as well. In answer to your question, no they are not impossible to clean....but they do take a bit of extra effort. I used to rinse them out with hot water and then found shot classes were great for placing them over to dry. The small shot class allowed them to stay open to dry properly (important for not allowing bacteria to grow) and i could leave them on the sick like that overnight. It also gave me a reason to use my shot glasses again.......haha.
