My niece is having a baby soon. She does not know if it will be a girl or a boy. The family is guessing what they’re going to name the child.
I was wondering, what are some popular names for babies in the last few years?

In the schools that I frequent, I’m seeing a common thread of girls names including: Morgen, Annabelle, Ellie, Sadie and Maddison. For the boys names there are: Will, Cody, Coby, Cooper and Leo that seem to be current. I’m also finding out teens are choosing their own names more and more these days!
We just had our third child and welcomed four babies into our family in the past month - lots of baby names circulating here!
The ones we passed on for boys were Jackson, Parker, Trey, and Carter. The girls names that we loved were Addison/Madison, Adilyn/Madilyn. Kennedy was also a favorite of mine.
We have seen a lot of classic names like Henry, Thomas, and Arthur come back. Lily, Tallulah, and Hazel are also very popular right now.
Now that I'm not "in it" the baby naming game is fun! But picking a name can be so hard...best of luck!
