Blackberry banana spinach smoothie
- ½ cup blackberries
- 1 banana peeled
- ¾ cup spinach leaves washed
- 1 cup almond milk or whatever kind you prefer
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup ice
- Put all the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour and garnish with a whole blackberry (optional).
- Serve and enjoy.
