Good-for-you chocolate milk
Make really good chocolate milk from scratch with healthy ingredients.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or low-fat milk
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp nut butter
- ¼ cup ice
- ½ tsp maple syrup optional
- Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. You may need to add more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
You could also use a instead of cacao powder.
