Turkey and hummus pinwheels
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2-3 slices low-sodium turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp hummus
- 4 cucumber sticks
- 1 romaine lettuce leaf cut into long strips
- Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread the hummus evenly over the entire tortilla.
- Place the turkey, lettuce, and cucumber sticks in the middle of the wrap and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the wrap into 4-5 pieces.
