Refreshing ABC juice for pregnancy

Thts apple, beetroot, and carrot juice is a great nutritious choice for a pregnant mom. The tanginess of the oranges and lemon juice and the zing of ginger make it a soothing and refreshing drink for any time of day.

  • 3 apples
  • ½ beetroot
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 oranges
  • ½ inch ginger
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ice as needed


  • Wash and clean all the vegetables properly.
  • Peel the apples, beetroot, carrots, and ginger.
  • Slice the oranges. If your juicer doesn't separate seeds, de-seed the orange slices to avoid a bitter taste.
  • Place all the vegetables in a juicer, add ice as needed, and blend.
  • Serve cold.


You can also freeze all the ingredients in a bigger batch and blend as needed.
The natural sweetness of the carrots, apples, and oranges should be sufficient, but if you prefer your juices sweeter, add a dash of stevia or honey.
