Wash and clean all the vegetables properly.
Peel the apples, beetroot, carrots, and ginger.
Slice the oranges. If your juicer doesn't separate seeds, de-seed the orange slices to avoid a bitter taste.
Place all the vegetables in a juicer, add ice as needed, and blend.
You can also freeze all the ingredients in a bigger batch and blend as needed.The natural sweetness of the carrots, apples, and oranges should be sufficient, but if you prefer your juices sweeter, add a dash of stevia or honey.
